We're currently seeking a knowledgeable and hands-on Lawn Maintenance Supervisor to lead our crews and ensure every job is completed to the highest standards.

Job Summary

The Lawn Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily lawn maintenance operations, managing a team of crew members, and ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to customer expectations. This position requires strong leadership, communication skills, and extensive knowledge of landscaping equipment, practices, and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead lawn maintenance crews on residential and commercial properties
• Help plan daily and weekly schedules for the team
• Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members
• Ensure safe operation of tools and equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Communicate with clients as needed and resolve any on-site issues
• Maintain and report on inventory, equipment needs, and vehicle maintenance
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in lawn maintenance or landscaping
• 3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of lawn care equipment, tools, and techniques
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
