Southern First Bank

At Southern First Bank's newest location in Greenville, SC, Parris Lawn designed a plan for a functional and beautiful landscape around the bank. To do so, we: 

• installed 7,500 sq. ft. of pedestrian and vehicular Hanover Prest® pavers;
• installed a fully automated irrigation system;
• placed 40 tons of creek rock;
• supplied and installed 165 canopy and ornamental trees;
• installed 3 acres of Bermuda sod;
• installed ornamental cast iron drainage grates; and
• constructed bioswales to improve site drainage and water quality.
